1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, phone number, and any other details needed for the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. The information provided must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping it up to date should any changes occur.

1111bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to validate the information provided. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3User Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Holding multiple accounts, whether directly or through another individual, is a serious violation of this Agreement. If more than one account is detected, 1111bet reserves the right to:

• Closing all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Cancelling all bonuses and winnings obtained through the account in question.
• Refunding only the original deposit amount after applicable deductions have been made.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. 1111bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately.

4Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

1111bet supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and online bank transfer. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account promptly.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the Deposit us.
• 1111bet charges no fees on any deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal:

• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit.
• Full identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method chosen, typically within 1 to 3 business days.

1111bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly reloads, cashback, and special offers tied to major sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.

• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and may only be used by the rightful account holder.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per user, per IP address, per device, and per residential address.

6General Betting Rules

All bets placed through the 1111bet platform are final once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your bet details are correct before confirming. 1111bet will not accept cancellation requests for bets that have already been confirmed.

For casino and online games, game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent third-party body. All game results are final and cannot be disputed.

For sports betting, the events available are as listed on the platform. 1111bet reserves the right to:

• Refusing or limiting any bet without being required to provide a reason.
• Voiding bets in the event of a technical error or odds inaccuracy.
• Modifying betting limits for any market at any time.

Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, manipulate odds, or employ strategies deemed abusive will result in account closure and cancellation of all associated winnings.

7User Conduct & Responsibilities

As a 1111bet member, you agree not to engage in any of the following while using the platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or unauthorised third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Transferring funds between accounts as part of money laundering activities.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen credit/debit cards or false payment information.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively towards support staff or other members.
• Spreading false information about 1111bet to third parties.
• Registering under another person's name or using a false identity.

Any violation of the provisions above may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, cancellation of winnings, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

8Account Suspension & Closure

1111bet reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been fully processed.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, 1111bet reserves the right to hold the account balance pending the completion of an investigation. Should the violation be proven, the balance may be fully forfeited.

Members who request account closure for responsible gambling reasons (self-exclusion) will go through a separate process as outlined on the Responsible Gaming us.

91111bet Liability Limit

1111bet provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, free from technical errors, or free from disruptions caused by third parties.

1111bet shall not be held liable for any losses arising from:

• Planned or unplanned technical disruptions or platform maintenance.
• Disputed betting outcomes arising from disagreements over game rules.
• Losses arising from the user's own negligence, including loss of password or account information.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses resulting from use of the platform.

1111bet's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Amendment of Terms & Conditions

1111bet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version of the Terms and Conditions. The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms & Conditions take effect will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.

11Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 1111bet is registered. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through the following process:

3. Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the designated courts for any dispute that cannot be resolved through arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
